I Didn’t Build This From Peace. I Built It From Burnout.
There was a time when I was doing everything “right”…
and still felt completely exhausted.
I was a single mom carrying the invisible load: showing up, holding it all together, checking every box I thought I was supposed to check. From the outside, I looked like I had it handled. Inside? I was overwhelmed, disconnected, and quietly wondering why nothing felt like it was working.
I thought I needed more discipline.
More structure.
More “self-care.”
What I actually needed… was a reset.
Not the aesthetic kind you see online.
Not the bubble baths and perfectly curated routines that feel good for five minutes and fall apart in real life.
I needed something honest. Something that worked in the middle of chaos.
So I stopped trying to fit into a box that was clearly breaking me.
I started questioning everything: how I was living, what I believed about myself, and why I felt so stuck despite doing so much. I learned how to understand my nervous system, set real boundaries, and take my power back in ways that weren’t always pretty… but were real.
That’s where Chaos Reset Collective was born.
This isn’t about becoming a new version of yourself.
It’s about coming back to who you were before the burnout.
This space is for the women who are:
- high-functioning but completely drained
- holding everything together while falling apart internally
- tired of being told to “just take care of yourself” without being shown how
Here, self-care isn’t about perfection.
It's about soul care.
It’s about honesty.
It’s about rebuilding your identity in a way that actually supports your life.
Everything you see here — every product, every word, every resource — comes from lived experience.
Not theory.
